Brand & GTM Strategist — Hyderabad
I build brand strategy and GTM plans by day, and I will absolutely over-decorate a slide by night. Fashion, beauty and D2C brands mostly — the ones that want to mean something, not just show up in a feed.
The Brand Notebook
Six carousels I've written and designed on brand strategy, luxury positioning and culture-led marketing — the same thinking that goes into a client deck, built for people who scroll. Click through to read any of them in full.
Luxury for Gen-Z isn't inherited, it's discovered — how India's first-generation buyers are re-pricing the category around meaning over logos.
Why conscious production is quietly becoming non-negotiable — and the brands, like Virgio and Ecoright, already building it into the system.
Using Lotus Biscoff's India entry to unpack what "premium" actually costs a brand once distribution starts optimising for volume.
Where a distinctive voice ends and brand-on-autopilot begins, plus a 2×2 for deciding when a trend is actually worth breaking voice for.
Barbie, Potter, Bridgerton — how D2C and beauty brands turn a cultural wave into a well-timed, mood-aligned drop.
A rebrand teaser designed to earn curiosity before a single detail is revealed — built for Bridgegap's HRMS client.
These sit alongside an ongoing content series on brand teardowns and consumer psychology — happy to share more on request.
How I Think
1.5+ years across consumer research, GTM planning, performance marketing and content — spanning D2C, EdTech, F&B and SaaS. My edge sits where consumer psychology meets brand thinking meets data: I've built audience research for multi-brand launches, run live paid campaigns on Meta, Google and Amazon, and written content that moved both rankings and engagement. Premium and luxury positioning is where I want to spend the next few years — brands that compete on meaning, not just price.

Toolkit & Credentials
Selected Work
Five projects, five different problems — a launch, a three-platform ad audit, a retention crisis, a research mandate, a brand overhaul. Click into any of them for the strategy behind the number.
A live-brief exercise with Kraftshala: given a week and a real category problem — how does Bewakoof launch athleisure into ground already held by Puma, Adidas and Nike? I built the concept, the 3-phase content arc, and the day-by-day calendar — anchored in identity, not product specs.
The core call: withhold the product pre-launch instead of showing it, so launch day meets a warmed audience instead of a cold one. It's a bet, not a result — this was a concept exercise, not a live campaign — but it's the same logic I'd pressure-test with a real media budget behind it.
A D2C apparel account on Meta, a fashion brand on Google Search, a home decor brand on Amazon — all leaking spend. I restructured audiences, bidding and listings on all three, daily.
Creative-audience alignment moved efficiency faster than any bid adjustment could. Once the right message hit the right segment, the numbers followed — bidding was secondary.
Inconsistent messaging across WhatsApp, email and webinars was quietly driving churn risk. I mapped the student journey, found where anxiety spiked, and built a proactive content cadence around it.
Great retention marketing isn't selling harder — it's reducing anxiety and building trust. A confused customer doesn't stay a customer. Engagement rose 30%; repeat queries dropped 40%.
Toopa (ice cream), Eduyagna (EdTech, ₹7Cr budget) and TruHR (HRMS) each needed category and audience intelligence before positioning and agency briefing. I ran the research and translated it into direction.
Research done well makes everything downstream cheaper and faster. A sharp, evidence-backed brief improves agency creative output and campaign efficiency together — CTR up ~12–15%, CPA down ~10–12%.
Good product, outdated brand — misaligned with where consumer values on sustainability and modernity had moved. I audited the brand end to end and rebuilt the identity framework from insight, not instinct.
Brand relevance isn't about looking modern — it's meaning something real to the right consumer. Read the gap through a behaviour lens first, a design lens second. The order matters.
